2. Processing Time
- Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
- Peak Season: During peak shopping seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing may extend to 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
3. Domestic Shipping Options (USA)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days): Free on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, a flat fee of $4.99 applies.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): Available for a flat fee of $12.99.
- Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day): Available for a flat fee of $24.99. Orders placed after 12 PM will ship the next business day.
4. International Shipping
- Standard International (7-21 Business Days): Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Expedited International Shipping (3-10 Business Days): Available at an additional cost, depending on the destination.
5. Order Tracking
All orders come with a tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. You can track your order directly on our website under the Order Tracking page or via the carrier’s tracking portal.
6. Delays and Disruptions
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays, carrier disruptions). If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes, and you will need to work with the carrier for further assistance.
9. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
We do ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the carrier and destination.
